FL-GAPNA Elections for 2018 Director-at-Large board position

Dear FL GAPNA Member,

We currently have an open board position for the Florida Chapter of GAPNA. Our chapter is currently seeking nominations for  Director-at-Large position. All candidates must be a current member of FL-GAPNA to run for office.

The FL-GAPNA Director-at-Large serves as a member of the Board of Directors and performs the following functions:   assumes responsibilities delegated by the President and/or Board; participates in the development and implementation of the strategic plan; contributes articles to newsletter as required; assists to orient the incoming Director-at-Large; and completes other duties as assigned.  Travel is required and expenses are reimbursed as set by FL-GAPNA policy. You will be expected to attend in person 3 out of 4 quarterly meetings. If unable to attend in person telephonic participation will be accepted.  (Two year commitment.)

Elections
Nominations for elections begin now until August 23th.  The  candidates will be announced no later than August 30th.
