Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Aesthetics Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our awesome team at our facility in the Westchase area.
A NP or PA injector to administer Facial fillers and neurotoxins as well as be knowledgeable in lasers, body contouring and and overall image consulting, with a passion for helping patients achieve their goals. Must have a love for the aesthetic industry, a willingness to learn and train, and an eagerness to build and grow with us!

We are looking for a provider who shares our commitment with superb customer service, who meets & exceeds our performance and sales goals with a passion for growth. Being able to work independently, to develop and provide a treatment plan as well as being a team player is a must. Organization, multi-tasking skills and a passion for learning and be successful.
You must have at least 2-3 years experience injecting facial and neurotoxins (among others) with a preferred artistic approach to your work.
This is a part time position with the possibility to become full time as your schedule grows.
We offer a very competitive wage plus bonus as well.

  • Be an awesome team player!
  • Experience providing quality injectables: Neurotoxins, Kybella, Sculptra, and Dermal Fillers, vaginal rejuvenation treatments and other laser treatments, IS A MUST.
  • Be able to retain patients through consistent, quality and detailed care protocols.
  • Provide skin care consultations, recommend retail products and cross promote med spa services.
  • Charting and documentation of patient files.
  • Provide instructions and guidance regarding treatments to patients.
  • Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, policies, and regulations; protect patients and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols.
  • Comply with federal, Florida state, and local legal and professional requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating future legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge and keeping yourself up to date with the newest techniques and products available.
  • Brand loyalty and promotion of company as an individual and as a team member.

Must be able to work “after hours”, some Saturdays, med spa events and occasional late hours to anticipate client flow.Proven experience building and maintaining customer relationships. Sales experience strongly preferred.
